Our clients are sophisticated investors who are interested in finding a hedge fund investment manager to suit their needs. We provide our clients with a copy of the list of performance results from managers that we previously selected using our own subjective criteria. Our clients may choose one or more of the funds or managers listed to further investigate prior to making their investment decisions. If a client so chooses, we will make a personal introduction with the managers chosen by the client. This opportunity gives a client his or her own chance to ask questions and analyze the investment philosophies of that particular manager prior to making a decision to invest.

   Each of our clients is considered a sophisticated investor because the client must document his or her status as an "accredited investor" and a "qualified client". To meet these criteria an individual must have a net worth (together with one's spouse) greater than $1,500,000 USD, must have knowledge of the risks of hedge fund investing and must have a minimum of $250,000 USD to invest with a hedge fund manager.
